Mr. Basu is a senior IT professional with 30+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, End to end Integrated Digitization & e-governance, IT – Infrastructure & Operation Management. He has handled the world's largest commercial digitization project with his Leadership and has proven credential in managing People-Vendor-Technology-Financial by virtue of his lead role in UIDAI- GOI, LIC-EDMS and many other turn-key projects. He is known for his people management skill and was associated with MNCs like DEC-COMPAQ-HP, NOKIA, IBM, Reliance and others. He has successfully handled customer satisfaction with exemplary performance at executive level to bring in business benefits to those organization. He is the founder members cum Director & C.E.O of ESPL. He is driving the company on strategic issues and Business Management. He is active speaker in Project Management Institute (PMI) and Quality Management forums. He has done BE in Electronics & Telecommunication (1989) from BE College – Calcutta University, Member and Certified Chartered Engineer from Institute of Engineers India), Active in Project Management Institute.

2013 Onwards:

He ventured in entrepreneurship in the year 2013, after a career of 26 years in MNCs and has set up ESPL (Eduplex Solutions Pvt Ltd) as Founder Director & CEO. The company has been recently awarded as “INDIA 500 most promising IT Company” by IT 5000 Award committee and “MSME Excellence Award 2020-21" by Bengal Chamber of commerce in 2021.

2012-2013:

He managed a team of 280 IBM-er for Vodafone India with entire infrastructure consisting of 3550+ Server, 16 Petabyte of Storage, DC & 1 DR, 200+ DB & 500+ Applications on behalf of IBM from 2012 -2013. He was part of the solution and processes design team (Technology management) for document management of Aadhar – Govt. of India project in 2011

2006-2011:

He had created a team of 8000+ personnel for successful execution of the world’s largest commercial digitization project consisting of 6.5 billion pages including document management & workflow (2007-2011). He was awarded as top 10 performer of TS – HP, best Voice of Work force as people manager in 2009 and “K” – best performance rater for 4 consecutive years in HP. He was awarded by PMI Mumbai chapter for best IT project contribution in 2009.

1997-2005:

He had set up the India’s first cabinet cum PC factory in Hooghly, West Bengal as a green field project in 2005. He had set up global IT infrastructure for software project delivery across the world for Ushacomm in 2001-2004. He was the catalyst for setting up ‘After Market Service’ team and processes for Nokia in Easter part of India & Bangladesh in 1999

1989-1997:

Awarded as top 100 DEC performer in Asia pacific in 1995. He was part of implementation team for FDDI campus wide network and support to Nayang Technical University, Singapore in 1994 from Digital Equipment Corporation.
